Hello, my Name is Dragan and i have been interested in music since I was eight years old and followed all kinds of music in the media we had at the time (television and radio). My parents loved rock “n” roll, for example, and we watched lots of old films with Fred Astaire, Gene Kelly and Elvis Presley. The only musical that fascinated me back then was West Side Story.
When I was 10, I got my first Dual record player with a small amplifier and two small speakers. From then on, I used my pocket money to buy one or two singles or an LP every month. The first single I bought was by Sweet, Blockbuster.
The 80s were a firework display of new influences and I became more and more enthusiastic about electronic music. In the 90s, I started composing my own pieces and became fascinated by film music. Influences from James Horner, Bill Conti, John Williams and Ennio Morricone inspired me to mix classical instruments with EDM, trance and techno. Since then, I've called it cinematic trance.
